Cru Bars - Mono-origin chocolates

With the word "cru" we mean some kinds of chocolate that are obtained by particular cacao seeds, coming from selected and exellent plantations. Each kind of chocolate gives the palate extraordinary sensations, according to the different characteristics of each product.

CUBA (Trinitario) Sense of smell: quite intense and persistent with fragrance of cocoa and coffee. Sense of taste: quite soft, slightly bitter, pleasant with aromatic toasted background (coffee beans). After tasting flavour: intense and persistent
MADAGASCAR (Trinitario) Sense of smell: quite intense, persistent and able to remind you of Tuscany tobacco Sense of taste: quite soft, slightly bitter perception and smoked flavour After tasting flavour: quite intense and persistent
OCUMARE (Criollo) Sense of smell: intense and persistent with toasted flavour Sense of taste: quite soft with marked slightly bitter and pleasant taste, fine and complex aroma, remarkable structure After tasting flavour: intense with long lasting taste
ECUADOR (Trinitario) Sense of smell: very intense and persistent Sense of taste: slightly bitter with soft nuances of toasting and tobacco, excellent structure After tasting flavour: intense and long lasting
PERU' (Trinitario) Sense of smell: very intense with a marked smell of cocoa Sense of taste: remarkable slightly bitter with soft and pleasant flavour of exotic fruits After tasting flavour: intense and very persistent
