Cacao and Salt 16 Gems The combination of "Sweet Salt" produced in the millenary salt pans of Cervia (Ravenna) and prestigious cacao blends has given birth to two types of chocolate: "dark chocolate with sweet salt" and "milk chocolate with sweet salt", with peculiar and unique flavours. The "white gold" and the "Food of Gods" meet in an innovative and original marriage to give life to an exclusive bar of chocolate, with unique flavours. |
The contained salt is the unique salt of Cervia, with a special sweet flavour, because of its high percentage of sodium chloride (97%) with respect to other bitter salts. The sweet salt of Cervia is exclusively mixed by "L'Artigiano" with prestigious blends of cacao, in order to obtain a unique handcraft chocolate of very high quality. |
