In pralines production, Fabio and Manuele can highly express their fantasy and mastery. The pralines collection presents a wide choice of at least 40 different flavours, which bring us on a dreaming journey, from the eastern spiced flavours to the western traditional products.

Their pralines are famous in several varieties with Fossa Cheese, Albana passita wine, Brisighella oil or Sweet Salt of Cervia, as well as fruit pickles of Cesena, or classic combinations with wine distillates, dried and fresh fruits.
