Five stars for the B side. great work.A side is not that good
total agree with Jogi, B-side so good (but few it compared with New Dream)
A-Side track is not a masterpiece. But the B-Side track is really nice, full of old elements and some parts are very close to "New dream". IMO its one of the better "new" releases in old style.
Fore sure not an Italo masterpiece as "New Dream"
New Dream is very far from being masterpiece.
For Raumsonde and others (?): I don't know why this video of "Ocean" is here, because you can't find it from this vinyl. The version on vinyl is pure 80s Italo Disco and this version on the video is something totally different. Please, listen to the samples at Flashback Records Myspace and not the video here. I also suggest you to listen to the B-side track "Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde".
Yeah, everybody should go and listen to the actual samples from Flashback Records site, and you see that these 2 songs are really quite close to the 80´s italo sound than the modern trancey pop sound. And God damn, "Dr. Jekyll" is so funny tongue in cheek track it makes me wanna dance every time I hear it! Italo is not serious business all the time.
I think you are referring to the uploaded you tube video link, which is the MCH club mix and NOT the release mentioned here. The Flashback release of "Ocean" doesn't have the irritating techno beat.
