Video

Eddie’s stalking ex is still necking the Prozac, refusing to leave the DJ booth and generally pissing off his current beau no end. This time the story is retold over a foundation of deep memorising house created by Prince Quick Mix who adds eerie chords and delicate piano lines to emphasis the deranged one’s exploits. The gentle guitar interlude on his Whining Hoe Pass in particular is just plain genius.

====
A twist on the usual spoken monologue to many house records. This story, told from the current girlfriends point of view, tells of her DJ boyfriends’ ex’s obsession with him as she continually hangs out in the DJ booth. Set to typically chunky Amador drums and raspin’ hats, it’s easy to hear why this phat number has already won admiration from the likes of Danny Tenaglia and Timo Maas.
