Mine was pressed at RCA Records Pressing Plant, Indianapolis and has a RCA 10E label rather than the RCA 8A label you see here. My copy i picked up today has a Realistic Record Protector sleeve. Top and bottom of the cardboard sleeve is split and repaired with scotch tape and did a bad job at it.
