Helios Creed - Galactic Octopi FLAC

Helios found himself on Galactic Octopi and created something that transcends his other solo work that I've heard. His guitar work is always the centerpiece to his solo albums but here it's the entire package -- the guitar is just as powerful but the songwriting, electronics and mystic wanderings blend seamlessly with the guitar to create a spontaneous organic world all its own. I like some of the other things he's done under the Chrome banner in recent years but this might just be my favorite going back to the OG Chrome incarnations with Helios and Damon.
