Comes in a plain cardboard sleeve & has penned in black marker across the top: Circus Circus (Remix) "So Damn Beautiful" (Amethyst Mix).
Before being re-named: Polaroid - So Damn Beautiful (Amethyst Mix), by Lee Milleare & the sadly missed John Horrocks at a later date prior to its full release.

The Acetate comes on an generic 777 productions label, containing The telephone number +44 181 743 8585 & 33 1/3 rpm.

It originally had Circus Circus "So Damn Beautiful" Oakie's Copy written on the label, and then Oakie's Copy has been inked out and P + W (Parks & Wilson's) Copy added.
Also has 'Amethyst Mix 9'20' written in a differing handwriting style to the original mastering title.

As confirmed by 'Golden's Resident DJ' Pete Bromley, Friend of Mick Wilson (Original owner).
