That bass line was obviously influenced by this https://www.discogs.com/Afrika-Bambaataa-Bambaataas-Theme-Assault-On-Precinct-13/release/1631321 go check it!
Some Music Man releases have 'Hard Up' labelled up as 'In Paradise and 'In Paradise' labelled up as 'Hard Up' on the record label. The sleeve is labelled up correctly, but for those of you who haven't an original sleeve, 'Hard Up' is the track with the male vocal.. 'Come on I thought there was a party in here!'. For those of you that recognise the vocal, 'Second Chance - Hard Up' is a cover version of 'Awesome 3 - Hard Up' which was out the same year (1990) http://www.discogs.com/release/90059 . If you haven't got this because you've got 'Awesome 3 - Hard Up', then its worth getting for the excellent track on the b-side 'In Paradise', which borrows the riff from 'Corina - Loving You Like Crazy' and the vocal from the Italo House classic 'Linda Hayden - That's My Paradise (Noise Version)'. As for Frank De Wulf calling himself 'Second Chance' on this release?? 'Awesome 3 - Hard Up' had been deleted of the record shelves, so 'maybe' Frank was offering this to you again, as a 'Second Chance' to pick up the classic 'Hard Up', before it gets deleted yet again.
"Hard Up" is a remix of Together's: Hardcore Uproar. "In Paradise" is one of Frank De Wulf's finer moments and he has had more than a few of those.
It's a cover of Awesome 3's 'Hard Up', which itself was a cover of John Carpenter's 'Assault On Precinct 13' theme.
This isnt true. Its not a remix of Together's: Hardcore Uproar at all. Its similar but defo not a remix
